Structural Concrete Carpenters/Form Builders

• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a form builder or a cut man for a structural concrete contractor
• Ability to accurately read construction drawings and build concrete forms to design.
• Position requires use of circular saws, drills, sawzalls, & nail guns
• Preferred experience operating excavators, skid-steers, loaders. etc.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour based on experience

Concrete Foreman

• Ordering and scheduling of concrete and all other materials necessary to complete a specific project
• Reading of construction drawings and ensuring structures are built according to design
• Maintaining clear and constant communication with client and project superintendent
• Efficiently delegating project tasks amongst other team members
• Daily reporting of project activities to include work completed, work remaining, changes to design or scope, and any injuries or near misses on site.
• 5+ years experience in structural concrete as a Foreman or Carpenter/Form Builder
• Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (i.e. Backhoe, Excavator, Skid-steer, Loader)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean CA Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour based on experience
